In several situations, such as :

  • When you are done reviewing a request and consider it complete
  • When you wan to clean up your old requests to focus on current ones
  • When a supplier of yours goes bankrupt
you may need to archive a request.


In order to do so, please follow these steps

  1. Log in to your Myrmex account
  2. Go to the Requests screen by clicking on the "Requests" button:

  3. Search for the request you want to archive and click on its row
  4. Click on the Edit button :

  5. Click on the "Archive" button at the bottom left of that request :

All your archived requests can be viewed under the "Archived" tab of the Requests screen should you need to view them at a later date.
