One user of your organisation is designated as its primary contact for other organisations you are in contact with. His/her email address appears in your organisation details:
And it is also listed when your organisation appear in the Connections list of other organisations:
This user is one of the active Administrator of the organisation, designated by the "Main contact" flag which you can change in the Users menu:
