In some cases, you may need to cancel a data request after it has been issued. This will remove it from your screens as well as from the recipient's workbasket, and archive it on both sides for audit purposes. In order to cancel the request, please follow the below steps :
- Log into your myrmex account : https://login.myrmex.coop
- Click on the Requests tab in the lefthand side menu:
- Click on the name of the request you wish to cancel
- Click on the Cancel request button :
